4 Caravans to scrap 1 is an Abbey GTS 215 1990 in Hartlepool

Hi I have a small 2 man Caravan in the driveway that's been in situ for about 15 years, it was used for storage but is no longer needed, it has two flat tyres that cannot be repaired, however the wheels DO turn, so it can me pulled out from its position, it is definitely not roadworthy it's located in Hartlepool. My friend has In storage in Bedale, north yorks. Abbey GTS 215 1990. everything inside works, cooker, fire, leisure battery, cushions blinds,water carriers, awning new ater pump last year.everything. The caravan is towable. we had it for sale but when we went up this weekend the roof is leaking to the inside. Our cousin has one as well It is in , Carmarthenshire. It is a 12ft Alpine Sprite. It has not been used for many years for anything other than storage. The tires are flat, maybe perished, I suspect not roadworthy. Can you help? Thanks.
